Fútbol Live Gameplay Terms, Leaderboard Rules & Privacy Policy

Operator: Fútbol Live is owned and operated by Dispatch Tree and Allied Management.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for gameplay, scanning a QR code, participating in a challenge, submitting a score, appearing on a leaderboard, or entering any Fútbol Live gameplay competition, you agree to these Gameplay Terms, Leaderboard Rules, and Privacy Policy.

1. Gameplay Overview

Fútbol Live features interactive soccer-based skill challenges, including but not limited to Hot Shot, passing challenges, goalie challenges, dribbling challenges, accuracy games, soccer darts, pool-style soccer, youth activities, sponsor activations, and other event experiences.

Gameplay is designed for entertainment, community participation, friendly competition, and charitable/community impact programming.

All participants must follow posted rules, event staff instructions, safety guidelines, and fair play standards at all times.

2. Registration for Gameplay

Participants may be required to register before participating in gameplay or before being eligible for leaderboard scoring and prizes.

Registration may include:

First and last name
Display name or leaderboard name
Age or age category
Email address
Phone number
Ticket confirmation
Wristband, badge, or QR code
Parent or guardian contact information for minors
Gameplay station participation
Scores, times, rankings, and leaderboard results

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information. False, incomplete, duplicate, or misleading registration information may result in score removal or disqualification.

3. Age Categories

Fútbol Live may operate separate gameplay and leaderboard categories, including but not limited to:

Kids / Youth Category: Participants under 18 years old
Adult Category: Participants 18 years and older

Fútbol Live reserves the right to adjust age categories, divide groups by age range, or create additional categories based on event operations, prize structure, crowd flow, or fairness.

4. Age Verification

Age verification may be required to confirm eligibility for a leaderboard category, prize, or competition.

Fútbol Live may request reasonable proof of age, including but not limited to parent/guardian confirmation, government-issued identification, school identification, registration records, ticket information, or other verification.

For minors, a parent or legal guardian may be required to verify age and claim prizes on the minor’s behalf.

Failure to provide requested age verification may result in disqualification from prize eligibility.

5. Point System and Scoring

Each gameplay station may use its own scoring method. Scoring may be based on:

Shot speed
Accuracy
Completion time
Number of successful attempts
Fewest attempts
Total points earned
Station-specific scoring rules
Participation points
Bonus points, if applicable

Scores may be recorded through QR codes, wristbands, tabbed bracelets, digital systems, staff entry, manual scorecards, or approved scoring technology.

Only scores recorded or verified by authorized Fútbol Live staff or approved systems are valid for leaderboard and prize purposes.

6. Gameplay Attempts

Participants may be limited to a specific number of attempts per station.

Attempt limits may vary by game, station, schedule, weather, safety, crowd size, equipment availability, or staff discretion.

Additional attempts, replays, or retries are not guaranteed.

Fútbol Live reserves the right to limit repeat play to maintain fairness and allow more guests to participate.

7. Leaderboards

Fútbol Live may display live or delayed leaderboards online, onsite, on screens, on signage, or through QR code access.

Leaderboards may show:

Participant display name
First name and last initial
Age category
Score
Time
Rank
Station name
Prize category

Leaderboard displays are unofficial until scores are reviewed and winners are verified by Fútbol Live.

Fútbol Live may correct, remove, audit, or adjust leaderboard entries due to duplicate entries, technical errors, staff entry errors, ineligible participants, scoring disputes, or rule violations.

8. Winner Selection

Winners may be selected based on highest valid score, fastest valid time, best completion result, highest overall point total, or another posted scoring method.

If adult and kids categories are offered, winners will be selected within their applicable category.

Final winners may be determined after the close of all eligible gameplay activity and after score verification is complete.

Fútbol Live reserves the right to verify scores, review gameplay records, confirm age category, and validate eligibility before announcing or awarding any prize.

9. Tie Breakers

In the event of a tie, Fútbol Live may use one or more of the following tie-breaker methods:

Highest score in a designated tie-breaker challenge
Fastest completion time
Fewest attempts
Earlier verified score submission
Head-to-head playoff, if practical
Random drawing among tied eligible participants
Event staff determination based on posted rules

Tie-breaker procedures may vary by station, prize, and event schedule.

10. Prize Eligibility

To be eligible for a prize, participants must:

Be properly registered
Participate in the correct age category
Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
Provide accurate contact information
Provide age verification, if requested
Complete any required waiver, release, tax form, or prize documentation
Be reachable for winner verification
Comply with these terms

Fútbol Live may withhold or decline to award a prize until eligibility is confirmed.

11. Cash Prize Rules

If a cash prize is offered, including but not limited to a $1,000 leaderboard prize, the prize will be awarded only after score verification, eligibility review, and completion of any required documentation.

Cash prizes may be awarded by check, electronic payment, gift card, or another method determined by Fútbol Live.

For minor winners, prizes may be awarded to a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the minor.

Taxes, reporting obligations, and any personal financial responsibilities related to prize acceptance are the responsibility of the winner or the winner’s parent/legal guardian if the winner is a minor.

12. Disqualification

Fútbol Live may disqualify a participant for conduct including but not limited to:

Cheating
Score manipulation
Playing under another person’s name, wristband, ticket, or QR code
False registration information
False age information
Duplicate entries
Unsafe play
Aggressive or disruptive behavior
Ignoring staff instructions
Interfering with another participant
Damaging equipment or property
Tampering with QR codes, scoring systems, bracelets, or leaderboard data
Violating posted rules or these terms

Disqualified participants may lose leaderboard placement, prize eligibility, and gameplay privileges.

13. Score Corrections and Technical Errors

Fútbol Live may correct scores due to staff entry errors, QR scan issues, duplicate records, technology issues, network outages, missed scans, system delays, power interruptions, or other operational issues.

Fútbol Live is not responsible for delayed, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, or failed score submissions caused by technical problems, device issues, system outages, connectivity interruptions, or human error.

Leaderboard results are not final until verified by Fútbol Live.

14. Staff Decisions Are Final

All gameplay, scoring, safety, eligibility, leaderboard, tie-breaker, and prize decisions made by Fútbol Live staff are final.

Fútbol Live reserves the right to interpret rules, resolve disputes, pause gameplay, close stations, modify rules, adjust scoring procedures, or update operations as needed.

15. Safety and Participation Risk

Participants agree to play safely and responsibly.

Gameplay may involve kicking, running, turning, striking balls, standing near active play areas, and other physical activity. By participating, each participant accepts the ordinary risks associated with recreational soccer activities.

Participants should not participate if they are injured, ill, unable to safely play, or have been advised not to engage in physical activity.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a minor can safely participate.

16. Parent / Guardian Consent for Minors

Minors may be required to have consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in gameplay, register for leaderboards, or claim prizes.

A parent or guardian may be required to complete registration, verify age, sign waivers, and claim prizes for minor participants.

17. Event Changes, Weather, and Cancellations

Fútbol Live may modify, delay, suspend, or cancel gameplay due to weather, safety concerns, crowd conditions, equipment issues, staffing, venue requirements, government directives, or other circumstances.

If a station is closed, delayed, modified, or unavailable, Fútbol Live is not required to provide additional attempts, substitute gameplay, prize adjustments, refunds, or compensation.

18. Information We Collect

Fútbol Live may collect information when you purchase a ticket, register for gameplay, scan a QR code, participate in a challenge, enter the leaderboard, submit a form, sign up for updates, volunteer, interact with sponsors, or contact us.

Information we may collect includes:

Email address
Phone number
Age or age category
Parent/guardian information for minors
Ticket confirmation or order information
QR code, wristband, or player ID
Gameplay scores, rankings, times, attempts, and participation history
Prize eligibility information
Photos, video, or event media

Form submissions and messages sent to Fútbol Live

19. How We Use Information

Fútbol Live may use collected information to:

Register participants for gameplay
Track scores and leaderboard results

20. Leaderboard Display and Public Information

By participating in leaderboard gameplay, participants understand that certain information may be publicly displayed onsite or online.

This may include:

First name and last initial
Display name
Age category
Score
Rank
Station or challenge name
Prize category

Fútbol Live does not intend to publicly display full birthdates, full contact information, home addresses, or private identification information.

For minors, Fútbol Live may use limited display information such as first name and last initial, display name, age category, or score.

21. Photos, Video, and Media

Fútbol Live may photograph, film, record, or livestream event activity for promotional, marketing, social media, sponsor, recap, editorial, and archival purposes.

By attending or participating, guests understand they may appear in general event photography or video.

Winners may be asked to participate in winner announcements, photos, videos, interviews, or social media posts.

For minors, additional parent or guardian consent may be required for certain winner-related promotional use.

22. Marketing Communications

By submitting contact information, registering for gameplay, purchasing tickets, or signing up for updates, you may receive event-related communications from Fútbol Live.

These may include:

Ticket reminders
Gameplay updates
Leaderboard updates
Prize notifications
Schedule announcements
Event changes
Future Fútbol Live updates
Promotional messages

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the email, when available. Transactional or operational messages related to tickets, safety, prizes, or event logistics may still be sent.

23. Sponsors and Partners

Some gameplay stations, prizes, activations, or experiences may be sponsored by third-party partners.

Fútbol Live may share limited participant information with sponsors or partners only when necessary to operate an activation, fulfill a prize, support a promotion, or where the participant has opted in or provided consent.

Sponsors and partners may have their own privacy practices if you choose to interact directly with them, scan their QR code, complete their form, enter their promotion, or provide information to them.

Fútbol Live is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party sponsors, partners, vendors, ticketing platforms, payment processors, or websites.

24. Ticketing, Payment, and Third-Party Platforms

Fútbol Live may use third-party platforms for ticketing, payments, forms, email marketing, QR registration, website hosting, analytics, and leaderboard technology.

These platforms may collect and process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Payment information is typically processed by third-party payment providers. Fútbol Live does not intend to store full credit card numbers.

25. Children’s Privacy

Fútbol Live is a family-friendly event and may collect limited information related to minors for gameplay registration, age category verification, leaderboard participation, prize eligibility, and parent/guardian communication.

For minors, Fútbol Live may request parent or guardian information and may require parent or guardian approval for participation, prize claims, media use, or additional communications.

Parents or guardians may contact Fútbol Live to request review, correction, or removal of a minor’s personal information from gameplay or marketing records, subject to legal, safety, operational, and prize-verification requirements.

26. Data Retention

Fútbol Live may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the event, verify scores, award prizes, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, support tax or accounting requirements, and promote future events.

Leaderboard and prize records may be retained for verification, audit, reporting, and promotional purposes.

27. Data Security

Fútbol Live uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect participant information.

However, no website, QR system, event network, digital platform, or transmission method is completely secure. Participants submit information at their own risk.

28. Your Choices

You may contact Fútbol Live to request:

Correction of inaccurate information
Removal from marketing communications
Review of participant information
Removal of a minor’s information, where applicable
Questions about leaderboard display or prize verification

Certain information may need to be retained for event operations, legal compliance, prize verification, accounting, dispute resolution, or safety purposes.

Additional Legal Terms

30. No Guarantee of Prize or Placement

Participation does not guarantee a prize, ranking, recognition, or leaderboard placement.

Scores shown during the event may be preliminary and subject to review.

31. No Purchase Required Where Required by Law

Where required by applicable law, no purchase may be necessary to participate in certain prize-based promotions.

Fútbol Live may provide an alternate method of entry if required for a specific contest, promotion, or prize drawing.

32. Right to Modify Terms

Fútbol Live reserves the right to modify these Gameplay Terms, Leaderboard Rules, Privacy Policy, scoring systems, prize rules, eligibility requirements, or event operations at any time for safety, fairness, legal compliance, or operational needs.

Updated terms may be posted online, onsite, at gameplay stations, or communicated by event staff.

33. Final Authority

Fútbol Live has final authority over gameplay operations, scoring, leaderboard placement, winner verification, prize eligibility, privacy-related operational decisions, disputes, and rule interpretation.

Participation in gameplay constitutes acceptance of these Gameplay Terms, Leaderboard Rules, and Privacy Policy.
