Fútbol Live Checkout Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or reserving tickets for Fútbol Live, you agree to the following terms:
Event Admission
Tickets are valid only for the date selected at checkout. Each event day requires a separate ticket. Kids under 10 may enter free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Admission is subject to venue rules, event policies, security screening, capacity limits, weather conditions, and instructions from event staff.
Security Screening, Clear Bag Policy & Entry
For the safety of all guests, Fútbol Live may require security screening at entry, including bag checks and metal detector screening.
Fútbol Live will operate under a clear bag policy. Approved bags may include clear tote bags, clear plastic bags, small clutch bags, diaper bags, and medically necessary bags, subject to inspection by security.
Guests who refuse security screening or bag inspection may be denied entry without refund.
Prohibited Conduct & Removal from Event
Fútbol Live is a family-friendly community event. Disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, harassment, discrimination, fighting, intoxication, vandalism, abusive language, threats, failure to follow staff instructions, or disruption of the event may result in removal from the event without refund.
Event staff and security reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose behavior creates a safety concern or negatively impacts the experience of other guests.
Lawn Chairs, Snacks & Outside Drinks
Guests may bring personal lawn chairs, blankets, and small personal snacks. Guests may bring one empty reusable water bottle or empty water canister per person. Free water refill stations will be available inside the event. Filled beverage containers, outside bottled drinks, canned drinks, glass containers, coolers, alcohol, and large outside food items are not permitted unless approved for medical, infant, or dietary needs. All items are subject to inspection at entry.
No Refunds / Event Changes
All ticket sales, donations, upgrades, add-ons, and pre-sale purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Event schedule, programming, activities, performers, vendors, sponsors, and gameplay stations are subject to change without notice.
If the event is delayed, modified, or partially interrupted due to weather, safety, public authority, or circumstances outside the organizer’s control, no refund is guaranteed.
Filming, Photography & Media Release
Fútbol Live will be filmed, photographed, livestreamed, and recorded for promotional, sponsor, social, broadcast, and archival use.. By entering the event, you grant Fútbol Live, Dispatch Tree, Allied Management, YMCA of Greater Houston, sponsors, media partners, and approved production partners permission to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and participation in photos, videos, livestreams, broadcasts, social media, advertising, and promotional materials without additional compensation. Parents or guardians attending with minors consent to this media release on behalf of those minors.
Gameplay Participation
Gameplay activities are voluntary. Participants agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, safety guidelines, and fair-play requirements. Fútbol Live may remove participants from activities or leaderboards for unsafe behavior, cheating, abusive conduct, or failure to follow rules.
Gameplay scores, photos, names, team names, and leaderboard results may be displayed publicly onsite, online, on screens, and in event promotions.
Data Sharing & Communications
By completing checkout, registering for gameplay, scanning event QR codes, or participating in event activities, you agree that information you provide may be collected and used by Fútbol Live for ticketing, event operations, gameplay, leaderboard tracking, safety, customer service, marketing, sponsor reporting, and post-event communication.
Your information may be shared with YMCA of Greater Houston and selected event partners, sponsors, vendors, technology providers, ticketing providers, and service providers connected to the event. This may include name, email, phone number, ZIP code, ticket type, donation information, gameplay registration, participation data, and event engagement activity.
Fútbol Live will not intentionally sell personal information to unrelated third parties. Data sharing is limited to event-related operations, sponsor/partner fulfillment, community impact reporting, marketing, and approved promotional purposes.

Donations
Any donation-related checkout item, including YMCA-related donations or “Goals for Good” contributions, is voluntary. Donation amounts, beneficiary details, and tax treatment may vary depending on how the donation is processed. Fútbol Live does not provide tax advice.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may be available only to guests who are 21 or older with valid government-issued identification. Alcohol service is subject to Texas law, venue rules, TABC requirements, bartender discretion, and event policies. Fútbol Live reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Assumption of Risk
By attending Fútbol Live, you understand that outdoor events and soccer-related activities involve normal risks, including weather exposure, uneven surfaces, crowds, physical activity, equipment interaction, and other event conditions. You voluntarily assume those risks and agree to follow all posted and verbal safety instructions.
ADA Access & Special Accommodations
Fútbol Live is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible event experience for all guests.
Guests who require ADA access, mobility assistance, accessible viewing, accessible entry support, service animal accommodation, medical-related bag approval, or other reasonable accommodations are encouraged to contact the event team in advance at hello@fubtollive.world

By completing this purchase or registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and any minors or guests included in your order.
